Current OS and it's version - Android version 4.03, HTC Sense version 3.6
Whether or not they are facing some problems with Shadow Era app - The game consistenly locks up (screen freeze) on 3G or WiFI if there is the slightest hiccough with network connectivity. It is bad enough that the game is effectively unplayable over 3G and even with a strong WiFi signal will still frequently hang up, repeatedly so if I move to areas of my house with slightly lower signal strength.
What kinda apps they are running in background while playing Shadow Era - None. I "kill all" before playing.
And some other useful info that u wanna add.

I want to keep this thread clean and healthy to ensure our problems are heard by Devs.

HTC Droid Incredible, running Android 2.2. Game crashes a split second after getting to the log-in screen. Sad panda - would really love to be able to play this game on my phone. Perhaps I'll try to upgrade my OS to 2.3 or something...

after updating to the newest 1.612, i've experienced the most blue screen crashes i have had in my entire life. it's driving me crazy. i honestly hate it. especially when i'm playing winning games the game crashes on me. what's worse is that it kills my online rating. i can't even get to a flat 170 rating because of all the disconnects. even worse than the worse part i said earlier is that you can't reconnect. there is no reconnect function. nada. zero. i think adding a RECONNECT FUCTION would benefit us all. DEVELOPERS, AGAIN... RECONNECT FUNCTION. i know all of us replying to this post love this game and this is why we need fixes and fast. we need to enjoy a seamless bug-free game like the website version we play in our PCs. please developers fix this. i know your probably going to read this about 1yr from now but please don't forget your android supporters too.

Constantly get game freezes! I have to shut the app, kill it then re open to start again! My rating is stuffed due to these bloody freezes! Fix your shit up please SE its not good enough.

I had no crashes so far, the game runs very well, but there are things which are very annoying on the Android-Version of SE (I'm not sure if only I have this or all have this issue): The white animation for card selection/attacking/ability activation/target selection and the red one for sacrificing is not moving. This is very annoying when you attack or select something (sometimes I forgot to attack that way) and the game looks very static that way. Also, the audio quality is terrible, I always have to turn off the sound to not harm the phones speakers of that broken audio

+1, same problems. You can play but it's annoying.
Does Shadow Era use Adobe Flash? The cause could be the lack of Adobe Flash support in Jelly Bean. My two cents.
