1.503 Zhanna Mist: Bloody Resources

Zhanna Mist: Bloody Resources

This deck was inspired by the traditional Plague deck, however, I wanted to build one for 1.503 and it worked during testing though it isn’t a competitive deck it is purely for fun.

Basic stradegy for this deck, Make them waste as many resources as possible so they have to keep sacrificing cards they need. Ideally you use Sandra Trueblade to put the first dent into their resources then slam them back down to 2 resources with Plague and then follow it up with a cobraskin wraps to keep them down for a total of four resources destroyed which means they have to sacrifice 4 more cards just to get back to where they were.

The reason I put her in is because I hardly got a chance to use Sandra's ability almost never when I went first and rarely when I went second. The oracle does the same amount of damage but gives card advantage when it does Sandra just dies. I'm still testing out the kinks but it's running fairly smooth. I'll update when I update the deck

Have you tried Lily Rosecult instead of Sandra Trueblade?

I think Lily dont take Plague back because its an ability not an item.
Personally Id put tainted oracles in PotL place for more draw.

Lily is to take Cobra Skin back.

Then you're paying 8 resources (and destroying one of your own) for nothing other than a +1/+1 bonus, AND you need a dead cobraskin on top to do it in a deck that plays Wizent's.

Lily is a good option since she is stronger but I put Sandra into the deck specifically for when you are trying to lower the playing field in terms of resources also thanks for the oracle advice I will see if I can work her in there although the original reason I didn't put her in was because I didn't feel that four resources for a 2/2 would be worth the payment in a resource battle.

Oracles are born to be killed. For this reason they have only 2 hp. The idea is to sacrifice your oracle to take card advantage, right?

I gotchya it's just cards don't seem to be a problem because I can use cobraskin wraps to get one card and with the staff I almost never lose card advantage except against a majiya but when I get a decent enough start I can keep her from dropping a few fireballs in a turn so her card advantage doesn't matter. Although per your guys recomementation I will try out oracles to see if it helps me out or slows down the resource destruction.
