Here is my new Amber: Super draw style

Kristoffer Wyld *4
Aldon the Brave *3
Tainted Oracle *2
Priest of the Light *3
Armored Sandworm *3
Aeon Stormcaller *2

War Banner *2
Smashing Blow*2
Crippling Blow *4

Blood Frenzy *4
Honored Dead *2
Bad Santa *2

Reserve Weapon *2
Jeweler's Dream * 4


There are 10 cards provide draw: BF+TO+BS+Honored Dead. That's 25.6% of your deck !
The core card here is JD. Without JD you are unlikely to use all your cards !
Basic game plan: draw cards and use them with JD's resource acceleration. Overwhelm your oppoent.


Kristoffer Wyld: combo with war banner and Aldon. T4 JD+ kist can kill 4hp ally. Also a very good card to counter opponent's kist...material for later Honored Dead

Aldon the Brave: standard

Priest of the Light: good card. I use to hate potl but now i like it... they provide heal as well

Tainted Oracle: draw engine. also he is the material for Honored Dead

Armored Sandworm: combo with war banner, aldon. Very hard to kill

Aeon Stormcaller: boss

War Banne: provide buff for allies, especially for kist and sandworm

Smashing Blow: standard

Crippling Blow: standard

Blood Frenzy: every warrior has 4

Honored Dead: draw engine and heal ! with Honored Dead and potl you no longer need enrage/rampage. Extremely good with JD. (without JD this card is too expensive)

Bad Santa: draw engine, however use carefully

Reserve Weapon +Jeweler's Dream: core cards. RW with Amber skill can deal 4damage per hit ! RW get JD then put another RW = 3damage without Amber's skill. People will destroy your buffed JD so RW is very important..at least it will provide 2 damage.
The only issue is you need to draw 1 JD first but with so many draw cards generally you will get 1

So everytime when you click QM, just pray: no ms no ms no ms no ms no ms no ms........

oh I really like the idea of using priests and honored dead for heal, I have found both enrage and rampage lackluster since so many people are running severed ties now, this is definitely something ill have to test out.

yep HD is really good with JD. You cast it, draw 2 card+ heal 2hp and with JD it's likely you will cast something else at the same turn

Potl and HD's heal are just side effect. You don't lose tempo when you cast them !

I have to LOL at the title, sorry, "Superdraw" is just an all time epic SE troll title.

Other than that, I like the list Steve. In trying similar 'heal over attachments' ideas, I hadn't thought of HD for Amber yet, but I will try this out.

POTL is delaying an enemies shadow ability healing and giving board presence, HD is giving cards and heal. These seem greatly superior then cards that will leave you in a 0 sum state such as rampage/enrage being removed for the same cost.

Subsequently you could increase your PotL count. PotL annoys ms like crazy.

exactly, HD is so good with JD ! more cards + heal and resources to use them immediately

Potl is annoying to any opponent + some heal at the same time.
