Need advice to get higher rating

i keep getting stuck at about 310-320 rating, peaked at 330, and no matter what i change my deck to i cant get any higher, like winning going first most of the time is not an issue but i really dont see how to get my rating higher having to go 2nd half the time lol, i dunno if i just need to stick with one deck or what but ive tried like 6 different heros and cant seem to break 330 and only got that high once.

Isn't 330 pretty high

I dare say your win % going second depends on the strategy and the meta. What deck / strat are u mostly using?

And what do your opponents play at that level.

It's because few people above 330 are playing... Always get matched up with a lower rated opponent and suffer greater drop when losing. I got the same problem, don't quite favor the rating system :P

it's mainly because there aren't many 320+ players still active playing their main....
you always match up with 280+ppl, if you win you get 0~1rank only...however if you lose....

good point, i have played 2 people above 300 in my last 30 games, i guess i should not worry about my decks so much

If you can get to that rating I think your decks are fine for ladder climbing. I got stuck in the exact same spot. The lack of higher rated players means you need a win ratio that is extremely improbable in order to keep climbing.

As you said going second and general bad luck are going to take you down. I suggest playing decks that you find enjoyable and call it good.

I don't think I've seen that many people above 310 lately. I think your rating is fine. Plus, we've reached the stagnation of the ladder anyway.
