how do you defeat a 110+ cards of a eladwen deck?

i came across this guy today with some 117 or something deck size with eladwen. i was playing as boris and till turn 5 everything was going as i expected when he suddenly started pulling out PoTLs and erikas alongwith ravens. every ally i summoned was eaten up by his.at the end i was down to 10 cards in deck with him still at 60+ he focused on allies more than spells and at the end he had 7-8 allies on board. how do you defeat someone like that with a ton of cards and allies? any tips? i play a boris deck..

You should just assume your opponent got really lucky. But if you want real advice you should just post your deck list or give us the match reference.

Well, a 100+ cards deck is hardly focused on something.
He just got very (VERY) lucky to get the right cards at the right time...

If your deck is build correctly(as in, no out-of-focus cards, not too many 1x/2x, 3-4x important cards etc.), you should have no problem against such decks. You will outdraw him eventually(He needs over double of the draw power you do) and that's when you start winning.

If he starts pulling Erikas/Ravens turn after turn, he got extremely lucky and it should not happen again assuming shuffling is done right.

Q: How do you beat a 110 card eldawen?

A: You beat it easier than a 40 card eldawen deck

i did not use BF in that game since i was poisoned at that time and casting bf would add +1 damage each turn not to mention the probability of being set ablaze later. do u think that has to do with my defeat?

yes a larger deck reduces the chances of getting stronger cards but would'nt a deck with 50+ allies be a problem? his potls kept my boris from taking out his weenies long enough for him to bring out 4+ cc allies and then it was just chaos...
    :/
