      Great guide. Nice analysis for each stage. Some of this I have thought of myself (e.g. sac duplicated or expensive cards . Esp like the idea of sac cards with diminished usefulness & planning ahead. Anyway to apply these rules successfully a player needs to practise and fails a lot, it is easier said than done.
