I've recently started up a video series (link in my sig) about the drastically underplayed hero, called Building Baduuru. In it, I'm building, testing, and tweaking my own personal Baduuru list.
I ask that you refrain, at least a little, from making comments about your own lists, strategies, etc. for the hero, as I'm trying to do this without much outside influence. Instead, let this thread be more of a discussion of the current list. Possible spoilers are indeed incoming in this thread, if you haven't seen the available footage I suggest you do so before browsing.

About Baduuru:
Mathematically speaking, the bad boy Baduuru has the best ability in the game. Following the Shadow Font assumption that 1SE = 1.3 resources, you're already spending 4SE for 5 resources, which is only .3 more SE than the resource cost. The +1 damage from the weapon, however, is a 2 resource hunter card, giving you 7 resources for your 5.3 worth of shadow energy. This is the ONLY hero in the game that gets profit from ability use, the only downside however being the need of a weapon in hand and the loss of a card. However, Baduuru is still mathematically the BEST hero, and that potential will be unlocked in time as more expensive weapons and/or a consistent draw engine are added to the hunter's arsenal.
My challenge is to abuse it right now.
I have some ideas already for future tweaks, how to make the deck more solid against the meta, but I'll need to do some more recorded testing sessions before making any decisions. In the mean time, feel free to make yourselves heard.
Boweh out.
