On the 24th of April this year i purchased and paid for shadow crystals which i was charged 6.49NZ and have not received the crystals. On the 26th of April i was charged 30.57NZ and had not received the crystals. I have emailed receipts for them all so who do i talk to about this problem? Is it apple or you guys?

Awesome thanks a lot appreciate it. Just wondering if anyone else had the problem when buying shadow crystals if the screen just crashes when waiting for the crystals to appear.
