Currently you can only have one deck saved for each hero. On the in-game Deck screen, click on the "Save" button to save the deck and use the "Load" button to select a previously saved deck to load.
We will be adding multiple save slots for both your decks and Custom AI. I'm hoping it'll be in the next update as well.
A late question, but what is the standard deck size since the 1.5 update. Is it 40 or 60?
