mind control [fixed]

im using dimentional ripper deck zaladar deck
i couldnt cast mind control on my opponents raven, idk why. she casted into the forest but i should still be able to use it. i also remember this was the move after i casted his into the forest i stole, maybe it had something to do with it?

Cannot be cast if the Hero cannot be targeted or ally is unable to attack until next version is released (in that case it just kills the ally)
