Pleasure from Pain

Was this replaced by Bloodstone Alter on the test server? I can't find it for purchase and I imagine that the test server merchant never runs out of cards (what would be the point)?

Assuming it is still in - thoughts on the synergy of Elementalis + Pleasure from Pain + Bloodstone Altar + Shard of Power?

Pleasure from Pain was changed to Bloodstone Altar as a part of the shift so that non-Allies that stayed in play permanently were actual "Items," those that did not were "Abilities," and it was clear what cards countered what (for example, it makes since for Stop, Thief! to destroy an Item like Bloodstone Altar, but not to destroy an Ability like Rain Delay).

As for the combo you mentioned a few things to keep in mind- Shard no longer allows healing hp, so Elementalis ability will only give the +1 attack. Same goes for multiple sparks, the attack is raised, but no hp gain. That also means you have to have sparks and BA out before shard to get an extra +1 from BA.

In general it would be a good fun deck to play, but not very competitive.
