Neutral cards allowed. The cards are basically the number, not the set. So 1x mind control is allowed, as an example. Means you need 9 more class specific cards.
Also, preliminary signups now closed. On feb 27 I will reopen for the rest.
(The reason such a long wait? So people who want to be in get a chance to see, and maybe we'll even have a server update during then making the test/live split moot)

I would've been cool rule if you allowed to compose deck for you by your opponent (with some restrictions ofcourse like necessary amount of damage dealing cards, limited amount of support abilities to exclude completely unplayable decks), it would be really TROLL tourney than, and it also could help to expose some of less useful cards out there.
Unruler, from my understanding that's what the rule is...I build two, you pick which one of those two you want to use and vice versa
Oh, I got it wrong than, my bad.
Keep in mind these two decks you build will be used THROUGHOUT the tourney. So please format the crappy decks in test server format, since live could become updated anytime.
The only exception to this rule is someone who cannot use test, and is stuck using a mobile device. In which case please pm me in advance so I know who you are and can pair you up vs other mobile device users for ease of play.
And yes unruler. You play the deck your opponent makes. That's why there is a min no of allies/class cards/weapons. Can't have you make, say, a gwen with no bows at all, or an elad without one single spell
Plenty of cruddy weapons/spells to use instead! Do your WORST
