hi.do i need to use the email adress i use to register for the game to get the shadow crystal rewards?

For Shadow Crystal offers through Tapjoy or SuperRewards, you normally don't need to complete it using accounts with the same email address as your Shadow Era game account's.

i did one about 20 minutes and used a separate email account but still havent recieved any shadow crystals.

If the offer was done through the Buy Crystals page then this is through SuperRewards and you'll need to contact them for further assistance. To contact SuperRewards, click on the orange "Get Help" button on the Buy Crystals page. Then click the "Help" button for the offers that you weren't credited for. And then click "Continue to the offer inquiry page »" at the bottom.

If the offer was done through the Shadow Era app on iOS or Android, it's through Tapjoy instead. To contact them, tap on your Shadow Crystals at the bottom-left corner of the in-game Merchant screen. Then tap on "Missing Shadow Crystals?" at the bottom of the Earn Shadow Crystals page.
