    85 cards!

So I just played vinceost2011 who had a deck of 85 cards! He was playing Boris Skullcrusher. Anybody else seen such a huge deck? Any reason for this? He quit too early to find other whether this deck was any good...

I played someone who had a 99 card Eladwen deck.

They may have their reasons, but there's not a GOOD reason to do that. I could see going a little over 30, but 40+ is just hurting yourself.
Constructed deck power level should not be a consideration when setting the rarity of a card.

I'm using a 55 card Majiya deck. With her ability + research + bazaar, my hands are never empty.

The reason why I use a 100 card deck is because of the wolf and priests, I have 4 of every card to burn as resources

I also like having extra cards to burn as resources... Maybe not 85... but somewhere around 40-50 is comfortable...

99 is wayyy too much for my deck. you have to ask yourself what you are trying to accomplish. if you have this many cards in the deck it's not going to be a quick kill, most likely they plan to draw the game out, but at 99 you have very little chances of drawing what you need.

Even Majiya wouldn't help with that many cards.... If there is one thing I learnt from MagicTG and probability is that the smaller your deck the better - in general...

So true, you'd be laughed at using a deck over 60 cards at MTG
