1.3 Tiers?

So, what would people say are the tiers for 1.3? I haven't been able to play on the test server yet, so I'm wondering how the meta is now. So, what are the tier 1 and tier 2 heros for 1.3?

Shadow mage T1 I guess.
Human warriors T1.5 or there about?
Human Elad T1.5

Logan also around T1.5 or so. Some other players might know a bit more.

Honestly I can't see any tier 1 heroes. Now mind you this is going off of a tier definition that says a t1 has no bad matchups and only 50/50 vs other t1 decks. But by that motion maybe you could say the opposite and declare a bunch of guys t1.

This is all speculation of course until the meta has time to even out. But in competitive play I've seen all classes beat eachother and even weaker classes dominate strong ones behind great players. Don't think I've ever seen a tcg with this many truly viable options for tourney play.

Look for extremely heats debates on the top decks in weeks to come.

I think a lot of people would disagree. sure, I would say that 1.25/1.26 is R,S,P and a lot of luck in mirror matches. Not the current 1.30.

Luck doesn't mean we can't have tiers. No matter how luck-based something is, it will even out in the end.
