Game crashes frequently in multiplayer games

    Hi,

I recently started playing but once I got into my first few multiplayer games I started getting crashes (the process of the game stops responding and I have to restart it) which loses my games by default and prevents me from entering in a new game for a few minutes. Note that this does NOT occur in the single player games, only against other players.

I am playing on my PC, Windows 7 64bit.

Anyone got any idea as to what might be causing this, and/or how to fix it?

We are working on improving the code to make the game more stable but for now, the browser version is probably the most stable so if you're running into frequent crashing with the PC client, consider playing multiplayer matches on the web version.

Right, I will look into the web based version then.

If it is relevant I did try to change the resolution of the PC client to a 16:9 ratio, which corresponds to my monitor, and that seemed to reduce the frequency of the crashes.

Thanks for the tip. I'll note that down and try it out. With the crashes before, were you in fullscreen mode as well or just windowed?

It was always in windowed mode. I haven't tried fullscreen at all, lately I played in the web based version, per your advice and it does indeed seem more stable overall.
