Multiplayer Sync Issue Auto-Draw doesn't work always

This has happened me before. When I was playing, suddenly the game ended and the message on screen said "a multiplayer sync issue has been detected. the game ended in draw." or something to the effect of that.

Today I had a game. It got frozen. It didn't auto-draw. I was winning, 21-11. I offered the player a draw still but he doesn't talk and declines the offer. The player's IGN is goloclon. The game is still on. I'll probably leave the game soon.

Anyway, I wonder why the auto-draw is not consistent? Could some players found a way to freeze the game?

Sync errors and the turn timer bug are two different bugs. Only sync errors force a draw, the other one is just the game getting frozen. You'll have to manually offer draws for those. Also any player who disables chat does not receive the option. So that may be what happen with you. The draw request will just time out and say it was declined.

Actually you receive offer draws regardless of whether you have chat disabled or not. With the next update, we have fixed a few causes of sync issues and a cause of multiplayer matches hanging. Therefore, the next update will make multiplayer matches much more stable.
