Freeze Bug still there? [duplicate]

Had close to 5 games today where game freezes.. Opponent not responding anymore, and in the interest of time you end up just killing the game (thus loose the hard earned rating).

Im torn between this being used as an exploit (people deliberately just dont respond for hours) or just a plain VERY OLD bug.

*Sigh* forgive my rage, just a bit of history there for me... I joined Shadow Era (hence my join date) pretty old Jan 2011, way back there are so little available and I eventually left the game close to one year due to frustration on these types of Freeze Bugs..

I am ok with loosing to the opponent straight up. But to actually almost win the game, then these things happen... *sigh* Also, way back there was a "Quit" timer that use to run down then eventually if your unlucky to get them bugs you'll return to the "DEFEAT" screen. Nowadays, it just completely freeze where you wait for your opponent to respond... and nothing happens anymore.. Common, its agonizing to click that Challenge button or any button for that matter to transfer to the screen and just admit you got bugged

I know there's an offer draw option nowadays, but heck.. who gives a Shi@!^

What's the progress on this? (Good Lord, this is really frustrating).

Most freeze bugs have been sorted out in the next patch. In the earlier stages of testing I had multiple freeze bugs, but none in the last 2-3 versions or so, so it seems fixed.

Or I hope it is at least :-P

I hope so too. It is especially frustrating in competitions. It can change the outome completely.

I noticed this unique problem whenever Lance Shadowstalker is being played (either as my hero or the opponent's), the game freezes randomly at the drawing stage. this can happened at the early stage or in the mid of the game.
