I've been playing the game for around ... 3 weeks. Stuck in the 150-160 loop, not much experience. My win-to-lose ratio is pretty even. I live in Malaysia, a small country above Singapore if some of you are wondering. So is there some sort of trials and tribulations I have to get pass, some fancy 300++ rating or is this sort of like that Shining Stars guild?

No, first you need to tame a lion and then run a marathon of 20 km. After reaching you destination you'll be examined by our leader and probably not get accepted.
