Then he play SHADOW KNIGHT and card Blood frenzy goes back but not to hand only back where it was: behind a HERO( straight to play). Blood Frenzy

Maybe post the game in which it happened (your ingame name + opponent's name + approximate time of played) so it can easily be reviewed, since this does sound like a bug.
