Support email turn around time?

Just wondering on the typical turnaround for normal requests?

I've made a very not normal request, just looking to gauge an eta

Last time i asked for a tranfer of crystals, it tooks less than a week (i don't remember exactly), and got an e-mail from a very nice person,
