Insta-draw - bug or hack?

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I just played a game (PsychobabbleJJ v J W) where I got myself in a winning position and then the game instantly went to the draw screen, without the usual "there has been a multiplayer sync error" message. There was also none of the usual observable signs of a sync error. I reviewed the game history of this player and he/she seems to have an unusually large proportion of drawn games, including games against the following two players where the draw seemed to happen after he was in a bad game situation or had done a misplay of some kind:

Im pretty sure that isnot hack cause it hapent to me with a winnig situation and or loose one. And i dont think that someone that was winnig hack it to force a draw. But maybe a senior member or someone from teamwork could say is something.. I hope

Hmmm...

I don't think someone is capable of hacking SE that way. There were no signs of sync issue either.
Maybe he offered draw and you clicked accept accidentally?
I have no answer for this unfortunately.

Just had the same error in game vs gaurdianknight. Again it was a frustrating spot for it to happen (right as I got board dominance), but his game history isn't suspicious at all so I suspect it's a bug, probably related to connection issues.

I'm very sure that I didn't click on "accept draw" either time.
