Please Stop Abbreviations

I understand it's easier to use abbreviation such as "SS" for snow sapphire, but there are new players and even players like me who've even been around for a while, but get frustrated always trying to decipher 3 acronyms in one sentence. It's ridiculous.

If you use abbreviations, say the item first, then put the abbreviated form in parentheses so people can openly refer back to them. PLEASE...it'd really be helpful.

Ex: keep Lightning Strike (LS), because scoring a final blow to two targets works great. And combining LS w/Dagger of Unmaking (DoU) is a good 1-2 combo.

It only takes 2 extra seconds. So again, pleeaasseee be considerate.

Part of being a new player is learning the abbrevs. I been around a week or so and know all of them just by looking at the card pool, plus the consensus best cards for the top decks. Pretty much forum standard practice for any card game or any game period.

It's a valid point, but it's part of the joy of mastering the game. For reference ETC are currently drafting a glossary and welcome address for new players covering main abbreviations and LOL type forum chat... If ETC approve and Kyle likes the idea it could form the basis of a introductory welcome message which should help solve your frustration...

Is ss snow sapphire or soul seeker? Its really annoying when people talk about ss being a problem against their deck, but don't specify which ss it is
