With some more info someone could actually help. Like what can't you start? The game itself or you have problems with starting a match? On what platform are you? etc.

cant start the game it self i put in email & password but it come's up error incorrect password , i made and account and everything

Simply put, you are doing something wrong. Either your email, or your password is incorrect.
If you successfully reset your password, then you know you have it correct. From there it's a matter of ensuring you type the correct letters. Remember to check capitals. They do matter.
