I assume the discussed 3.0 changes will take effect before printing and be reflected in the physical cards?

I dont know how people normally play TCG. But since we have a physical version, should there be some simple software for android and iOS to count hp and another stuff for casual player?
I think I could do this one myself but I dont want to have 2 app with the same function(or one half-baked just go straight to trash bin)
