Gwenneth can use her ability after attack but Zhanna cannot! [not a bug]

I tried out Gwenneth and she works fine and was not able to use her ability after she attacked. What likely happened was she had Rapid Fire, in this case, she's exhausted after attacking twice so attacking once would still allow her to use her ability.
