Is this a viable rogue deck?

I have noticed that rogues are never used in competitive play, so I am trying to make a good rogue deck that will be able to reach a high rating. Please give me any suggestions to make this better, and tell me if you think it is good enough to be competitive at high levels.

Have you been to the rogue strategy forum? We have a bunch of ambitious (and skilled) players there, check "rogue research", "Rush in the shadows" and "Grand master lance" threads. etc. You deck has a solid core, but I question the use of Golden Katar in it. I would also rather go with puwen than nightshade, and run more than 2 IGG. Even with these remarks, it is a solid deck. Quite similiar to my own, but I run retreat instead of the dagger.

To answer your question plainly: Yea, this deck is viable.
