AI randomly freezes up in 50% of games [duplicate]

About half the games I try to play against AI opponents ends when the game suddenly comes to a standstill during the AI opponent's turn.
There are no buttons or cards or commands I can click anywhere on the screen. I can usually still zoom in and out and look around the board as normal, but the AI will take no action and I cannot take any action myself.

This forces me to refresh the webpage and hope it doesn't happen next time I try to play.

I've won 3 games, lost 0 and played 6.
It's already frozen up on me 3 times, which considering how few matches I've played so far that is a massive amount of freezing.


Is there any way I can fix this on my end or is this a bug that needs to be patched out?

I know I've had this happen a few times myself, but not as often as you're describing. You should probably leave a bit more info though for the developers.

What version are you running?
What platform/browser are you playing the game with?

Maybe there's a known issue that I'm unaware of, but that would help them get started at least.

Also, whenever this has happened to me, it's always been against a certain hero at a certain level. So I just stopped playing against that hero and picked someone else. Sometimes it was while I had a questionable connection too. I don't know all the details of your problem, but that's just some ideas for you to consider. Good luck getting it working.

We're still working on games getting stuck with the AI. With AI matches, your connection only matters right at the end, when you win/lose the match and you're rewarded. Starting and playing a game on the world map does not require you to be connected.

Please let me know which AI hero you are playing against and what level you are at, so we can try to reproduce the problem.

You can try Lance on a higher level (around level 12).it happened to me around 1.277 then i switch decks for AI grinding (but cannot test decks)

Level 32, lance(me) vs ter adun(AI), 4/5 games froze before T3.

I play Boris and I have the same issues. I've tried on Mac app, IE, Firefox - all of these have the same issue. Mid-fight, the whole thing locks up and only offers "end turn" or "skip" as options. I can rarely complete a battle.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the iPhone app does what I described as well. I'm running the latest versions on all of these

As of late, I've had no trouble with this. It seems to have been resolved.

Yeah ! I have the same problem, not as often as Dibbz's describing, too.

When I use Nishaven (lvl 7) vs Boris (AI), game will freeze regularly, I've tried PC or iPad, the same thing.
So I have to change a AI hero to play :P
