Make the bonus from Elementalis unstackable with Life Infusion.
It's ridiculous for having an ally with half of the champion's total hp, especially on Plasma Behemoth, or Brutal Minotaur.
There is no simple way to counter this simple combo.

I don't agree. There are a lot of things doable to counter this. Some are conditional, some aren't.
Warrior :
Crippling blow (2 res) (if vanilla creature)
Mage :
Dagger of unmaking (5 res)
Priest :
Tidal waves (5 res)
Rogue :
Assassinate (3 res)
Dagger of unmaking (5 res)
Anklebreaker (5 res) (if vanilla creature)
Wolven :
Now you're mine (2 res) (if casting cost <= 3)
Captured prey (3 res)
Elemental :
Mind control (5 res)
Energy discharge (5 res)
Human :
Retreat (2 res)
Jasmine's ability (2 res) (if already on board and vanilla creature)

Totally agree. How in the hell am I too counter a 2/5 snake at turn 3? Play the new DC with Pack Alpha! Heh. Sigh. Yeah Elementalist is a pain but it can be exposed. Leave her be. But totally agree with you because she did buff a BM on me! Im just thankful for Snow Sapphire even with the next introductions of armor that will still stay in my deck. Maxed.
There's those counters. Just do it before she Conversion. She's fine. Yet when being spanked by her...

There are ways to counter this combo, but some decks have a much harder time doing it than others.
Hunter - death trap, double stacking fire arrow with poison arrow
Mage - Freeze, Fireball, Supernova, Snow Sapphire
Warrior - Crippling Blow, Logan Stonebreaker, Armor of Ages
Priest - Tidal Wave
Elemental - Mind Control
Wulven - Captured Prey, Rabid Bite
Rogue - Assassination (combined with Lay Low to get some allies on the board)
Human - Retreat!

Death trap isn't a counter for an existing 4/13 Plasma Behemoth or 7/13 Brutal Minotaur.
And it takes 1 arrow 7 turns (2 arrows 4 turns) to burn one of those beasts!
The only hope for hunters(not Viktor, but he's already hit like wet noodles) is Retreat, and they are going to nerf it!
Elemental deck is already a free-win deck against hunter deck.
Maybe you should post a new thread asking for some strategy help with this issue since you seem frustrated with it. I'm sure there's got to be a way to beat an Elementalis player as a Hunter.

The real question is why did you let a 4/13 Plasma Behemoth or 7/13 Brutal Minotaur happen without doing something ??? You should revise your playstyle vs Elementalis and keep a proper counter for when you need it. Most of the card mention above translate in a 1 card trading for 2 of your opponent + 3 Shadow point. Sound not to good for your opponent.

My advice would be if you cannot counter it, then learn to either play around it or modify your deck so you have some sort of answer. As mentioned above, every class has at least 1 answer.
That said, I do like death mage and hope we can see more of such creatures that produce an effect when they come into play.
