Haven't played in 8 months...

Seems there was a large update. Many new cards, I'm overwhelmed. What's changed since then? Are 30 card decks still the norm? Are the two new heros viable? What's a fun deck to play? What new cards are most have (I don't have to much gold)

...if anyone wants to take a few minutes to get me up to speed that would be excellent!

40 card decks are the new minimum. The rogues are now somewhat viable now that 1.29 is here with new weapons for everyone but they are still a rare sight to see but there are some good ones. as far as a fun deck to play i'd say anyone who isn't widely used such as Logan, Amber, Eladwen

Thank you. Are there any new "must have" cards for decks? I may take my 30 card elda deck and just supplement 10 of the new cards

As Community Manager, I'm obligated to say the "must have" cards are all the cards currently released. Particularly the most expensive ones. Oh, and you "must have" at least 4 copies of them. You can trust me completely, I only ever give sound advice. ^^

Birgette is a commonly used card. Thadeus Death Mage and Shadow Knight are great shadow allies.
