You're going to really struggle against Elemental types with mind control. You don't have enough fire power to kill your own allies, and elementalis will just sacrifice them for 5 hp a pop

Shouldn't Gwen + SS on defense be 2 damage?

I agree with Oballz, its the fact that its a constant +2 that makes it impossible to deal with. 2 shadow energy for +2 so she can only use it once per shot, every other turn would make so much more...
