This card is powerfull, not overpowered.
In the same way we can nerf every strong card from every deck just because "this card can do bad things to opponent". It's silly.

Nerfing Sandra didn't hit Boris decks so hard because many opposite decs were also using Sandra/HBM, so opponent's firepower also got nerf.
As for Blake - it's still usefull as it was before.

I just had a game with him. I had 4 allys on table while he had 0. Then he played sandra and...nothing, he didn't end his turn. I was waiting for start...
