When banebow's ability is used to allies have effect of grave resistance, only 1 damage is dealt to allies. Is this considered as bug or it is what it should be?

When I open packs, it decreasew by 2 continuously instead of jumping to lower number once

If the number of packs decrease a lot by opening one pack, and open continuously, the rest of the packs decrease one by one
I bet it will go to 0 and just disappear

I had same problem as well
I opened one and 25 became 9

I have to have 35 packs each since I spent 70 dollars but have only 25 each!
and now I am so scared to open packs after reading post from you guys
