ANY removal is weak against small allies(like 3cc-), but this is not the point, the point is the comparation with the other removals.
Is not about Mind Control itself, is about the comparation with the other removals, when you do that, you see it is very superior...
this is included in "average 3-4 damage" that i mentioned. The same way it can be used in a 6cc or 5cc ally and deal 5 damage for example
