If I Transmog Curse a Nathanius, why is he able to play a second? They can play another Nathanius, but I can't Transmog Curse that one as well, if he is unique, I would think a second one would not...

I only get upset at this game in 2 situations. The first is when I lose to a silly gimmick type deck. The second is when I make a mistake.
