I just realized I still haven't gotten my card sleeves and booster box from the preorder. Just send an email to sales, but it sounds like I probably won't be getting a response?
so uhh... what ever happened with this?
I got my booster box from the CotC pre order a while ago (not sure how long, like a month or two)
but I'm still waiting on by DP pre order and card sleeves
I actually prefer going second. Card and SE advantage. If you play a hero w/ some kind of card destruction or cc, then you can also get control of the field.
Mono artifact doesn't mean you can only run one in your deck. You can have 4x of any card you want.
Mono artifact was simply a term for artifacts with an ability that required you to tap the card....
Glad I bought a bunch when CotC was first released :D
This guy on amazon was selling a bunch of foils for ~$1 each, so I pretty much bought him out.
I believe he's talking about the current form of it.
"While your hero has 2 or more shadow energy, Blazing Shield does not suffer durability loss, ice damage is reduced by 1, and enemies that attack...
it's revealed on t3 or 4 if they choose to use the ability as it's readied. A viable option would be waiting until 5/7 so you could use the ability 2-3 times.
@caitlyn0, I'm pretty sure all our...
If that happens "really often", then you need to reconstruct your deck.
The main decks I play are port majiya and a serena weapon deck. In all the time I've played majiya, I've only had 1 game where...
I don't mean to go too far off topic here, but
"The following cards are banned in Legacy tournaments:
Amulet of Quoz
Ancestral Recall
Balance
Bazaar of Baghdad
Black Lotus
..."
Yeah, the wording on Blazing Shield reaaaaally needs to be worked out. Reading the card, it SHOULD do the following if and only if you have 2 or more SE:
no durability loss
-1 frost damage
sets...
You would be able to tell to some extent, but if your opponent has 28 health for example, that leaves 8 possible heroes that you could be up against.
Really? So if I was playing up against you...
I actually always take Transference when it comes up. In a format like MD where you're for the most part playing with 1x of everything, one card could make or break your oponent's strategy. ie:...
I think this, in combination with meltdown, would make an amazing format.
It's actually more like $1400 with some light play. I've seen mint ones go for a few thousand. But yeah, it's just ridiculous... I'll just print a proxie of it if I want to use it. :P
Even most of these fancy vets could still find some fresh combos/strategies to test out. It's just people get very set in their ways, and very set on simply making the best deck they can, then using...
oh woops! I didn't see that they changed hours to days! /doh
^
what he said.
It's the same as with Corrupted angel in CotC. But I doubt we're going to get 10k in 7 hours. :/
I'd actually disagree with just about every point here to be honest.
1.The entire purpose of MD is that you're making a deck out of 4 booster packs. It's a format that can be played physically, as...
Try playing some heroes you don't normally play.
Another bonus for playing offline in casual games is you can do things that wouldn't be possible online. ie: creating your own game modes, playing with more than 2 players, etc. Online is definitely...
well now I think that's a bit excessive on filters.
If I've learned anything over my time playing tcgs, playing with more than just 2 people is some of the most fun that can be had. Which is also one of the reasons I love that SE has a physical game.
You do know the cost, because you can see your oponent's resources, and you could see that they spent 4 or less.
The only reason I could see it getting bad reviews is because of its more complex physical play. But considering there's a very in depth guide on how to play the physical game, I see no reason for it...
