Unfortunately we had to resubmit iOS due to a technical issue, it is now expected to be live Friday or Saturday...

It actually shows up on both 1st and 2nd map, but you need to have completed at least one mission on that map for it to show up there

I could not verify this in testing. Lythite Coating correctly protected the Rothem's Visage from Anarchic Looting. Perhaps there was another card involved somehow?
