They will be updated in some future patch. Starter decks, foils and avatars are the three things we know of that have yet to be patched in, though no one can say for sure when and in which order this...

If you want to be 100% exact you can add the 24 booster packs and possible next exclusive foils (the Behemoth is as good as reached) to the list.

Actually my question was if the new exclusive foil bonuses follow the same rules like the old bonuses. But seeing how nothing really states otherwise I suppose they do.
