In "Kurt13 vs Dreamshifter" I played Mind Control on Moonstalker's stealthed allies four times.
Allies were killed without attacking (what seems okay to me). But the Mind Control did not...

It's more or less simple statistics.
If you are running 3 BoC in a 39 card deck, you have a (almost) 60% chance to find at least one BoC within the first 10 cards.

And versus allyless hero BF is still a 3 versus 4 resource trade, and ST played on BF could hit a Crippling Blow or Enrage instead, so BF is no bad idea.

+ 3 Lilly (gegen Item Destruction, 4 AB können sonst zu wenig sein)
+ 2 Stop Thief, stark mit IGG
- 3 Puwen (Nightshade passt besser zu Assassination)
- 1 Adlon
- 1 Sandwurm
