No, he had no cards on the field when this happened. This was clearly a bug (and note, I'm not stupid. I read all the cards on the field AND in the graveyard before I came to my conclusion).

So I was in a game vs Jok3r when all of a sudden he started drawing my cards and me his. It ultimately led him to win (he drew one of my cards that destroyed my item, another weapon that returned...
