Whats everyone's opinion on the top tier heroes. I saw a video with what i considered a powerful Tala deck and he states in the video she is definatly not a tier one.

The common consensus is a 40 card deck. It really works better. There is an interesting theory with giant decks but thats a totally different breed

Try a smaller deck with more focus. 4 of ten cards is better than 1 of 40 cards.
