Show me a ruling that claims ability cards in the bottom row are considered as items.
Why are weapons and armor not confused as items? Because they are always considered as items, abilities in an item row, not so much...
So ability cards played in the item row count as items? That is really messed up and makes no sense. Maybe those cards should be re-written to include the item row. Intact this makes it so misleading...
Welcome!
Habs > every other team based on Cups :P.
I'm on in Ottawa but I'm in Thunder Bay. Been a habs fan all my life.
In 1.30, Aeon is being changed to unique, so it does drop his usefulness a bit, but the big plus for me is his health. He's a whopping 8, so he's a meat shield and does wonders soaking up...
I runa similar deck that has some rush to it, but also has a bit of late game control, that being Aeon, which I'm surprised you aren't running. Aeon is great because if he pops up early game, he...
After looking at Crippling Blow, I realize that retreat can be affected by it, which was the main card I was having an issue with, but I still agree about the other non-targetting ongoing abilities...
And we appreciate all of the work you guys are doing to make this game balanced. At least I do.
I'm wondering if the main reason for the -2 life on Power Drain is there for balance purposes? For all of the ongoing ability cards that can be played, this seems to make the card slightly weak.
Here's an issue that I have encoutered a few times.
I have a Samsung Nexus S and every so often, the ai or the game itself seems to just stop. I can still go to the menu and exit the game and...
It's been slated for around the end of January from what I've read.
Ah right, ignore those ones then, it's the other ones that don't really have a non-hero card counter that are currently the issue. Power Drain will be a must in a lot of decks that don't have that...
Enrage, Warrior Training, Crippling Blow, Rampage, Blood Frenzy, Aimed Shot, Poison Arrow, Flaming Arrow, Rapid Fire, Careful Planning, Surprise Attack, Tracking, Inner Strength, Captured Prey,...
Totalbiscuit did a WTF of Shadow Era and he's a youtube partner, so it's fine.
Larken, we're talking about cards(not items) that attach to allies/heroes that have ongoing effects, not poison/fire, etc. It's those cards that are currently not actively countered by anything...
Don't be such a lemon about mages :).
Yea, I know what you mean. I run a Lance deck and I have nothing to counter attached ongoing effects so Power Drain will fit nicely in there.
He's referring to card abilities that have ongoing affects that attach to allies/heroes with no current way of removing them from play. 1.30 has a card that will remove cards that have ongoing...
Fair enough. I suppose it all comes down to judgement, and I'm terrible at that in CCGs :P.
So if I have 4 copies of Aeon in my Lance deck and oen comes up first turn, I should hold on to it instead of saccing it? that card is essentially dead weight for 5+ rounds. I understand holding on...
So, throughout my CCG playing, there's one tip that I've always held true to and that is, if you can't use a card within 2 turns, ditch it. Well with Shadow Era's Sacrifice mode this comes in handy....
If you are from Canada, then that is an awesome retort and I tip my hat to you sir.
And thanks for the reply. I am enjoying the game thus far and look forward to supporting you guys and seeing...
I have the deck setup pretty closely, with a minimum of 3 copies. I'm sitting at 41. I might increase it to 45 to have 4 copies of each.
My apologies about the Unique trait. I'm used to Unique only allowing one in a Deck(ala L5R).
