Germ tokens were from the previous block, Mirrodin 2.0. You shant find any in the Innistrad block. Use anything in proximity to mark your germy germs, glass bead, face down magic card, cheeto etc.

Nothing quite as refreshing as saccing the potential game winning card. Good times.
