It's only available on the mobile apps. It appears alongside the AI opponents as an icon of a red hot glowing basin of embers. You can select it to watch a 15-30 second advertisement and get 5 SC for doing so. It will appear again after 5-10 minutes provided you have < 500 SC (it will disappear temporarily otherwise). Sometimes they mysteriously don't show up for a while for unknown reasons, presumably because there's no ads to display.

The frequency of their appearance varies greatly too,I usually have a 30 minutes delay or I'll have to play a game to make them reappear

Are those offers by Trial Pay safe?
I mean, I have done some surveys and the crystals are received as expected and that's ok.

But my worries are with the offers that ask a credit card registration. Even though they say it is a free trial, you can't always be enough sure about putting bank information an all

Hey my friend, I’m not sure about methods to earn Crystals but check out my video on getting some free packs. These are available by the game. Not everyone knows about them though. You can sell off most of them and create a great deck.
