My starter decks are broken.

I’m an older player, recently returning and trying to get a few friends into playing.

When I try to load my starter decks I get a dialog about cards that are missing:

I really wish I could get ahold of a few decks to mess around with without spending a lot of time in the deck builder and reading about the meta.

Is there a way to recover these decks, or maybe some starter deck codes I could use now that we can import/export?

This issue can happen if you sold some cards, as saved decks are really just saving a list of cards to try to make the deck with. You can buy the singles it mentioned you are missing by going to the merchant. Or, just save the deck again and you won't see that message anymore.

If you aren't too far along, you can also reset your account at http://www.shadowera.com/content.php?143-Support-Tools to start over and pick a different hero. New players are given many more things these days to help them get started.

missing from your library mean you've sold it, anyway starter decks aren't competitive enough in Rated

Thanks, I think I will simply restart. I’m far from ready for ranked matches right now anyway.

With all of the hundreds of posts about people’s decks and experiments and whatnot, i’m Surprised to not see more deck codes for importing around.

If it has fire snake in it, any deck is broken ;)

Maybe i’ll Just create a new one.

Hi, you could also check the merchant > pre constructed decks.

For instance you could try and save crystals for zhanna enduring devotion deck (import code: enduring), eladwen tainted magic deck (import code: tainted), etc.

You will find nice pre constructed decks that may do well in QM.
