And I would suggest before each round, players PM TO who they will ban.

Well, I really don't think that's necessary - involving a TO in inter-player communication! Opponents exchange heroes they want to ban for their respective opponents and proceed with their games. Next round they make new choices regarding their 3 heroes, so I don't really see why spam my PM-box! :D
I think it's important too, same reason, the person who bans next will have a (big) advantage then. :)
If your guild has officially confirmed its participation, the next step is to transfer 1000 SC to the prize pool (request a transfer to the account TJ Jazz) & let me know who is responsible for it (i.e. who will be receiving the guild prize, if any), PM the list of players that will represent your guild in the tournament to me & their heroes!
BTW, it would be nice, if all contacts (except hero choices each round) were to take place between me & the assigned guild's representative to make it both efficient & expeditious!
ETC/ASF would like to confirm their participation as a single guild! :D
Team A1 confirmed too. :)
