3.52 gave us an awesome addition to haste decks: Timelord. Not only does he have haste but he solves one of previous problems human haste based deck had: their allies are kinda weak without attack buffers already on board. Now with clever sacrificing choices you can plan your turns much more strategically. For example: Got a Kris in opponent hand? a 1/1 does very little for this deck, but a 4/2 becomes 1cc fireball with a body. So you sac it early on, planning to get it back via Timelord once you have The King's Pride and Aldon set up. Since this set up is very important to win the game I prefer to go as low as possible with card count to draw these key cards as soon as possible.
Gameplan is pretty straightforward for the most part. Ramp with Devoted Knight. Set up draw. Control the board with Waves and Retreats until you play The Kings Pride and/or Aldon and then you switch into beatdown style deck with 4+attack allies with haste. As mentioned with Kris example early, sacrifices are very important. Always sacrifice a card having in mind that you will get that card back later on with Timelord.
Sinkhole and Kion are tech card for QM. Sinkhole deals with annoying location and helps with early game. Kion for occasional Moonstalker, Stallvox and ITF Gwen.
