Great idea. Personally think Wulven should just make a Fanfic thread we can all post in at any time as opposed to linking to other sites via comments.

Well then I guess I can release this teaser ;)

Though I do not write much, but I love this game a lot, so I wrote a little story.
Should I post it to your email and as a thread so that all people read?
Or it should be only sent to you and not revealed to the public till then
I can't wait to see what people think of my story
I don't care much if I lose, but I want to see the reaction of people, that's why I want to post it as a thread as well.
Got my start and my end sorted out. Just need the middle!
So can we post the stories in the forum as well?
I'm pretty sure that the idea in the submission process is that the forum as a whole will be unaware of who submitted each entry. That way, people won't be swayed to vote for a particular entry just because Fanfic Master Preybird or a guild mate or whatever submitted it. If you post your story on the forums, people will know which entry is yours if it makes it into the five for voting, and that might influence the votes you or other people receive.
Now, once the five are posted, if yours is not one of them, I don't think anyone would have a problem with you posting. Just remember that it is probably going to take more than one post.
Just for reference if you do decide to post it on the forum you're limited to 10000 characters per post. A 5000 word Fanfic will be about 10-12 posts in that case (based on experience)
Also can I have Fanfic Master replace Senior Member as my new forum rank? :p
