Hey i have been placed top 10qm in september 6place set archibald.. Writed msg for support 2 times.. 1 month passed my playmat and sleeve not arrived.. So whats the point to play if cant get my prizes? I saw they readed my email msg .. I think it takes 10 min to send my prizes.. But im waiting for a month..also why my rating droping out ? I havent played for 2 weeks and my rating going down for no reason is that a new thing?
Rating decay was introduced quite a long time ago at this point. So no, that's not a new thing. Last time I looked, the monthly prizes is based on top best score not rating. So perhaps you weren't in the top there.Quote:

Please note that the special prizes for the top 10 will be discontinued, October 2019 is the last month.
I'll check on your support request, but I know there has been an overwhelming amount of spam lately. Somebody clever made a chain of support messages involving 10 games, and now all the automatic emails are triggering more and more emails back and forth from each system lol
