The card cost 0cc counters passives and prevents ally from attacking. The change you sugest would be op at 0 cc imo

It actually makes sense flavor wise. If you have something locked up it can not come after you. Get to close though and they can get you!
For the cost, I feel it is great. Especially since it removes passive abilities.
Keep at the suggestions though. We need more people willing to give their opinion to help better the game.
